Umbuchung auf das Cannstatter Volksfest 2021:
Sie haben bis 30.10.2020 die Möglichkeit, Ihre bereits reservierten Plätze 1:1 (gleicher Wochentag) auf das Jahr 2021 umzubuchen. Terminänderungen bearbeiten wir gerne auf Anfrage und nach Verfügbarkeit.
Als Dankeschön für Ihre Treue erhalten Sie zusätzlich einen Verzehrgutschein in Höhe von 5% Ihres aktuellen Mindestverzehrs bei Umbuchung Ihrer Reservierung in das nächste Jahr.
Ihren Treue-Verzehrgutschein können Sie bis zum 31.12.2021 in allen Wilhelmer Gastronomiebetrieben einlösen: Schlachthof, Stuttgarter Stäffele, Ampulle, Amici, sowie an unseren Ständen auf dem Stuttgarter Sommerfest (2021), Stuttgarter Weindorf (2021) und Stuttgarter Weihnachtsmarkt (2020 & 2021).
Umwandlung des Rechnungsbetrages in einen Verzehrgutschein einlösbar in allen Wilhelmer Gastronomiebetrieben:
Wenn Sie nicht so lange auf echte Wilhelmer-Gastlichkeit verzichten möchten, bieten wir Ihnen gerne an, Ihren bereits bezahlten Rechnungsbetrag in einen Gutschein für eines unserer einmaligen Restaurants umzuwandeln. So können Sie Ihren Gästen schon jetzt ganz ohne Wasen etwas Gutes tun. Als Dankeschön erhalten Sie für Ihre Treue zusätzlich 5% des Betrags obendrauf.
Rückerstattung:
Wir erstatten Ihnen den vollen Betrag ohne Abzug von Storno- oder Bearbeitungsgebühren zurück. Die Rückerstattung erfolgt auf dem gleichen Wege, wie die Zahlung bei uns eingegangen ist.

CANCELLATION OF CANNSTATTER VOLKSFEST 2020
Dear Friends of our SchwabenWelt,
to all those who have already simply postponed their reservation to the Cannstatter Volksfest 2021, we would like to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for their loyalty.
Furthermore we offer you the following options:
Rebooking to the Cannstatter Volksfest 2021:
Until 30.10.2020 you have the possibility to change your already reserved table 1:1 (same day of the week) to the year 2021. We also accept changes of the day on request according to availability.
To thank you for your loyalty, you will also receive a 5% food voucher on the booked amount when postponing your booking into the next year. This voucher is valid until 31.12.2021 in all Wilhelmer gastronomy establishments: Schlachthof, Stuttgarter Stäffele, Ampulle, Amici, as well as at our stands at the Stuttgart Summer Festival (2021), Stuttgarter Weindorf (2021) and Stuttgart Christmas Market (2020 & 2021).
Conversion of the paid amount into a consumption voucher for all Wilhelmer establishments:
If you do not want to miss genuine Wilhelmer hospitality for such a long time, we are happy to offer you the possibility to convert your already paid invoice amount into a voucher for one of our unique restaurants. So you can still do something good for your guests - even without the Volksfest. As a thank you, you will receive an additional 5% of the amount above for your loyalty.
Refund:
We will refund you the full amount without deduction of cancellation or handling fees.
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was received by us.
