Frequently asked questions about table reservations

  • How many seats can you reserve?
    From Sunday to Thursday, you can reserve in increments of 5, and on Fridays and Saturdays in increments of 10. If you have a special request, please contact us by e-mail in good time. We will be happy to see how we can accommodate your reservation in the tent if possible.
  • What is included in the minimum consumption?
    Depending on the area, you will receive tokens or total value tokens that you can redeem for food and drinks. Tips are not included in the minimum consumption.
  • Can you reserve a specific table?
    We try to accommodate table requests whenever possible, but cannot guarantee them. You will find your box and table number on the day of your visit under your reservation name in the daily reservation list.
  • How many people can fit at a table?
    That depends on the area. Tables for 5 to 10 people are usually available.
  • How does payment work?
    You can redeem your meal vouchers on site. If your consumption exceeds this amount, you can pay the additional amount in cash or by card.
